Weather & Date/Time Policy
WEATHER POLICY
The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook event page (sign up for updates for your town at https://facebook.com/bigbouncecanada/events)
DATE CHANGE POLICY
On rare occasions, we may have to reschedule the event. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled date they are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour or to apply for a refund. Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the rescheduled event date. Big Bounce America LLC will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).
SESSION TIME POLICY
For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible.
EVENT OFFERING CHANGES
We request information from you on our ticket order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
