WEATHER POLICY

Big Bounce Canada is a rain or shine event – we won’t let some light rain or wind stop the fun! We recommend checking the local weather report in advance of your session and dressing appropriately. In the case of light rain we’ll make every effort to keep the inflatables as dry as possible, but you may want to bring a change of clothes and socks incase you get a little wet.

Safety of our customers and staff comes first. In the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain/winds, or other extreme weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We reserve the right to postpone or bring forward the event start/finish time or individual session times to minimise the impact of potential weather interruptions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and an update on the Facebook event page (sign up for updates for your town at https://facebook.com/bigbouncecanada )

DATE CHANGE POLICY

On occasion we may have to reschedule the event. If this new date does not work for ticket holders they are welcome to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour, including dates in other locations. Big Bounce Canada will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).

SESSION TIME CHANGE POLICY

For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. In the event of a same-day session time change there will be no refunds available.

EVENT OFFERING CHANGES

Our goal is always to deliver the full experience as advertised. On occasion this may not be possible due to unexpected space restrictions at the venue or other unforeseen event day logistics. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.
